2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

7. Payment Processing via Stripe

For payment processing, we use Stripe. Provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland.

When you make a purchase, your payment data (card number, name, billing address) is processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive complete payment data, only a confirmation of payment receipt and an anonymized transaction ID.

8. GENESIS Origin Document: Processing via Anthropic API

When purchasing the GENESIS Origin Document, the data you enter (first name, birth name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth) is transmitted once to the Anthropic API for document creation.

Provider: Anthropic, PBC, 548 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA.

The transmitted data is used exclusively to create your personal document. It is not permanently stored by Anthropic and is not used for any other purpose. Anthropic is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

9. Email Marketing and CRM (FluentCRM)

When you purchase a product, your contact data (name, email address) is stored in our CRM system FluentCRM. FluentCRM is a WordPress plugin and stores all data exclusively on our server in Germany.

No data is passed on to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance).

10. Google Services

This website uses services of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, in particular Google Search Console for statistical analysis of search engine visibility. 11. Appointment Scheduling via Calendly

For online appointment booking, we use Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. When you book an appointment, your details (name, email address, selected time) are transmitted to Calendly. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Further information: calendly.com/privacy

12. Video Communication via Zoom

For online sessions, we use Zoom Video Communications, Inc., 55 Almaden Boulevard, San Jose, CA 95113, USA.

When you participate in a Zoom meeting, connection data (IP address, device information) and communication content (audio, video) are processed by Zoom. Zoom is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed. Further information: zoom.us/privacy

13. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your stored data, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
